This release includes new features, an enhancement, and fixes.

New features

Cooper Copilot

Cooper Copilot (which can be found at Admin > Cooper Copilot) is Kaseya's own AI engine that provides cutting edge tools to enhance productivity and streamline your workflows. Tailor these smart features to fit your needs, ensuring that your tasks are managed with precision and efficiency. Cooper Copilot is included in your BMS subscription. Cooper Copilot's Smart Resolution Summary is part of this release.

  • Smart Resolution Summary

    The Smart Resolution Summary feature assists technicians in generating comprehensive resolution summaries by compiling all steps taken during ticket handling. For more information, see Smart Resolution Summary section in Cooper Copilot.

Collision-free ticketing

The Collision-free Ticketing feature allows two or more technicians to work on the same ticket at the same time and take certain actions without losing each other's data. As an admin, you can enable or disable this feature by going to Admin > My Company > Company Settings > Enable Collision-free Ticketing. This feature is available only in the New View. For more information, see Collision-free ticketing.

Enhancement

BMS-RMM integration

When a ticket is created via an RMM alert and when an asset is imported with an agent, a contact is automatically associated in the Contact field and added to the ticket.

Fixes

Payments Fixed: Adding new invoice to the payment used to fail when the payment already had a lot of invoices.
BMS-VSA 9 Integration Fixed: When the user tried to import an asset from VSA 9 after the Require MFA for Client Portal Users option was set to Yes under the Company Settings, creating ticket from the VSA Agent login URL did not work properly.
